Placement: Seems like you get good offers for good work - merit is the major factor here.
Our strong brand and alumni network also help a lot from what I can see
Faculty: Manish Singhal - interactive, fun but firm
College: We are based on two pillars - merit and balance. Fun and work are two sides of life and XL acknowledges that. Also merit must triumph over gender, race or caste - and at XL we honor that

Placement: Excellent Internship opportunities mainly because of college reputation. Processes are completed in very short time and many reputed companies visit the campus and provide excellent job and internship opportunity
Faculty: Manish Singhal, due to the style of teaching and vast knowledge and general interaction with students outside the classroom.
College: The best thing about XLRI is the unique XL Culture and the student boding that is shared amongst student. Throughout the year, there are lots of engaging activities happening which provide ample opportunities to student to have fun and interact with each other. There are regional committees which bring regional food and culture to the students. Faculties are excellent and provide great learning through by teaching in a very engaging and interactive manner and they are very helpful to guide outside classroom too. There is excellent bonding amongst seniors and juniors and they work together in different activities thereby passing knowledge and experience. Overall, XLRI provides a great life changing experience.
