Faculty: As I’ve said teaching methodology of CU is unique. Focus is not only given on bookish knowledge but also practical knowledge is provided to the students in various ways such as students have separate lab sessions such that they can understand things better and bridge the gab and thus get industry ready. College: I took admission in Chandigarh University in the year 2017 in Automobile engineering. By far it was the best decision when I look back into my life. Studying here is like experiencing the real world challenges and putting efforts in solving them and getting hands on experience on various domains with industry collaborated workshops. CU focuses on overall development of student apart from just providing just bookish knowledge they focus on practical approach too thus giving a holistic overall development. Chandigarh University is a one stop for all the opportunities such as international conferences, studying abroad, international internships and many more.
Exam: I took admission in Chandigarh University in the year 2017 in Automobile engineering course. As I’d scored 92.1% in my 10+2 so I was fortunate enough to get 50% scholarship in the 1st year of my studies. To maintain that scholarship throughout the degree I’d to maintain 7.5 CGPA in every year which is a challenging task as one must have to prove himself that he has that potential in every exam he takes. However now admission process had been changed and one must have to pass CUCAT exam in order get admission into CU. CUCAT has got its own benefits and the students can grab scholarships and accordingly get a seat in desired course of study.

Placement: Internship is awesome! Last year, I got Internship in Human Rights Office.

Recently, I have been offered the Internship letter to be an intern under Disney (USA). Since then our UITHM department at Chandigarh University has been dedicatedly providing us a rigorous training process under which me along with other students who have been offered this impressive Internship are being prepared for our professional conduct at the Walt Industry.
I would also like to through light on the following few:
University also provides several options for internships and semester exchange programs, various field oriented opportunities of internships and semester exchange programs like in the past- Disneyland (Florida,USA), Semester exchange program (Italy), Paid internship (Malaysia)and many more to come.
This university is graded A+ by NAAC, as the university provides the best teaching staff and the equipment which are required to teach. Interview happens every year and they also teach how to give an interview, special classes for interview sessions are organized by the university itself.
Being a graduate from 3rd year and i am very much taking guidance from my seniors who have been placed in different renowned airlines and airports, like Ground staff and Customer Executive in Air Asia, Customer service Manager at the Duty free department of Delhi T3 airport.
Faculty: Chandigarh University has a classroom module with each lecture for 50 minutes. The class timings are from 9:30 am till 4:20pm, weekdays.
The B.Sc. course curriculum in Aviation and Airline Management benchmarks the global education with a system that matches the best of practices, theories, resources and standards all over the world. This includes:
Dynamic Semester-Based Courseware:
The B.Sc. Course curriculum of one year is taught into two semester i.e.,17-18 weeks each. Semester system promotes greater interaction between faculty members and students and also permits more meaningful term paper and research assignments.
Internal Evaluation System:
The scheme of examinations & evaluation is one of the most important components of judging the academic performance and development of the students. Therefore, in CU, the students are assessed at regular intervals. 30% weight age is given to continuous/internal assessment in a semester wherein 3-4 evaluation components with weight ages are defined. It covers Class Test, Viva, Quiz, Case Discussion / Presentation / Analysis, Home Assignment, Project, Seminar, Term Paper, Attendance etc.
Grade System:
The level of students’ academic performance as the aggregate of continuous evaluation and end term examination is reflected by letter grades on a Ten Point Scale. Letter grades (A+, A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, F) have points associated with them in quantified hierarchy and have qualitative meaning.
100% Attendance
Every student enrolled in B.Sc Airlines course is required to achieve 100% attendance in all the Lectures, Tutorials and Practicals and Seminars arranged for the respective course during the semester. However, a relaxation up to a maximum of 25% is granted in case of contingencies. A minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear in the examinations. 100% attendance criteria ensure academic excellence, disciplinary approach and growth of the student.

Faculty members are very helpful and genuine also help us at each point of time. Also administration and management is student-oriented. Safety of students is also the thing which is properly taken care off. Everything is done with a good and synchronized system. Faculty members are very helpful and supportive. They help the students to achieve their goals. It is the best university to enhance your skills. It has the best placements records and infrastructure too. The overall remark about the university is positive. I’ll definitely recommend Chandigarh university.
Exam: I contacted the admission cell using the number provided and then we visited the whole university. Then i was forwarded to the counselor who told me about the courses. Then i paid the fees and got admission here. After fees payment i was taken to the registration where they clicked my photograph for ID card. That’s all about admission process.

Placement: For placement, our university has a channelized process.
The course of B.Com has an excellent stature of placement lists as it contains some of the most outstanding companies in the Indian market. The list includes Hindalco, Aditya Birla Group, Reliance Insurance, Vodafone, Microsoft and other national as well as international companies that have earned their name in the global market.
Summer training, compulsory internships, skill enhancement events and workshops are extensively integrated in CU curriculum. They expose students to real work environment and provide an opportunity to apply their learning in real life situations.
The candidates that are successfully placed in these companies are placed in the financial accounting as well as marketing analysis, financial analysis as well as auditing aspects of the companies. The managerial aspects of these candidates are utilized to provide an excellent base to the fundamental needs of these companies.

Faculty: Pinder sir the most experienced teacher of chandigarh University he is also the coordinator for the activities in the university. His teaching skills are also great he always performs practicals in his class after theory session.
