Best College to choose for Engineering in Bangalore
Placement: The placement cell of NMIT ensures that you get placed in top notch companies. For this they keep pace with the industrial requirements and trains you according to it.
Faculty: I have been under many faculty who were my favourite, so listing them out will be very difficult. In short the faculty here are very helpful and friendly.
College: NMIT ranks among the top 10 engineering colleges in Bangalore overall and among top 5 engineering colleges specialized in CSE. NMIT is ranked 142 by NIRF with NAAC Accredited A+ grade, NBA Programs Accredited Tier-1 college. NMIT is affiliated to VTU but being an autonomy by UGC it has benefits of its own.
NMIT is a unique institution having six multidisciplinary Research Centers.

The Faculties here are well educated and qualified, having knowledge of their fields perfectly. The student faculty relation is very healthy here. College is well equipped with Mess for students staying in hostels, canteen, food corners, refreshing points.
The placement cell of NMIT ensures that you get placed in top notch companies. For this they keep pace with the industrial requirements and trains you according to it. NMIT is also well equipped with sports and clubs (Music, Dance, Art, Literature, Photography, Adventure and many more) providing you extracurricular activities, I was part of the Art club (Studio 371). You get to learn a lot being in these clubs.
I wish all the aspiring students all the best for their future and suggest them to be a part of NMIT and experience the best.
Exam: Admission for all Indian students is as per the norms of the Government of Karnataka (GoK). NMIT admits students through Entrance tests such as CET, COMED-K, PGCET, GATE, KMAT and others. Students are also admitted under Management quota.

Best College to study along with personal development skills
Placement: I have done my internship in L & T company
Faculty: Dr Sudheer Reddy and Dr Madhusudhan
College: Nmit is a very good college located in south bengaluru.It also good at placements in both IT and core companies. Nmit being an autonomous institute have many advantages over VTU institutes. The staff at NMIT is really caring and will give you a better understanding about the subject, peaceful ambiance, it has very good campus facilities and the faculties are well experienced. This college encourage the students in studies and extracurricular activities.
But final choice is yours to make decision.

A College worth Joining!!
Placement: Placements is on par with other top colleges
Faculty: All teachers of CSE branch are awesome...teaching is top class and very helpful
College: One of the best colleges in Bangalore with all facilities required for students. The faculty is top class. Placements are on par with other top colleges. Students will enjoy the green campus and also experience the best fest in Bangalore "Anaadyanta" which is held every year. The location is little away from city. One more advantage of joining NMIT is that it is autonomous.

How my life changed when I despised everything
Placement: I was given the right advice and toolset to join any company of my liking
Faculty: There willingness to support you no matter what the situation is
College: I was a below-average student in my pre-University. Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology had managed to change my perspectives within a few days of admission. After entering the branch of Computer Science, The faculties not only encouraged me to work on multiple projects of my interests and liking but guided me every step I took. There was never a single point of time that I felt that I could not reach out to my faculties. I was always welcomed by our HOD, who listened to even new ideas/projects I would come up with and would himself spend time or assign a domain expert to help me out with my plans. Its the first University that always made me feel like I was at home, and I could achieve anything I want. For all the prospective students who are planning to get into the CS branch of Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, I advise you to make use of all the resources that are available to the max and approach you proffers are there very understanding of you and will guild you no matter what.

Placement: Internship facilities was also good i did my internship at L & T.
Faculty: Mahesh Sir from Civil Dept is our favorite sir. He teaches well and he gives us lot of innovative ideas to do projects and the way he guides students in taking competitive exams are good
College: Myself Aravind i have studied in Civil Engineering Dept . Dept faculty are very good in teaching subjects and NMIT is best College ever compared to other colleges.
Exam: after Writing CET directly got admitted to NMIT through Direct Govt Admission

Best Engineering college in Bangalore
Placement: Internships are made available at various top companies and IITs. Students publish reseaech papers in final year. Placement is almost 90 percent. Companies like IBM,TCS,SAP LABS,MPHASIS,TECH MAHINDRA etc visit the campus every year for placements.
Faculty: Dr. Sanjay H.A.
One of the most friendly person who you will find on campus and the person with clear intentions to make you understand the subject. His teaching skills are more on the practical side and will never have any part not understood in the syllabus.
College: The college has a beautiful campus, well trained faculties, and good placement. One of the better colleges in bangalore.
Exam: Admission is based on 12th class marks and KCET exam rank or comedk rank.

NMIT in a nutshell
Placement: The college demands a internship as a part of the curriculum. Also this help build one’s industry awareness. There are many companies that hire from our campus.
From big players like Wipro, Infosys to huge payers like MuSigma, Nutanix ,TCS and many more.
Core companies like KPIT, Accenture etc and a lot many companies come in.
The average salary being about 4LPA, lowest offered is 3LPA to highest 7.1LPA.
The Alumni network is big and great.
A lot of willing minds are in the network.
Faculty: The faculty are well versed and most of them are PhD holders or either persuing. And some are of industrial background as well.
College: The college is a great one to be in. The infra is good . The curriculum is well planned. The extracurricular activities are great aswell. Placement has been good.
Exam: The eligibility criteria is as per the state government regulation. Applicants need to be from science background with Physics, Chemistry, Maths being compulsory subjects in their +1 and +2. And should have cleared the same with minimum of 60% marks. But the real entrance cut off is based on the competitive exams taken up by the applicant.
The exams can be either CET,ComedK,JEE.
The cutoff keeps varying every year and same can be cross checked.
But certain number of seats will be allocated for each category of seats.

A college worth joining
Placement: I was a part of StudSat-2, this helped in my intership at ISRO
Placements were pretty modest
Faculty: Facilities were supportive, friendly and always approachable.
Owing to this there were too many projects going on in college.
College: I graduated from NMIT in 2018. Being an autonomous college it gave me the agility to learn and develop more than what was in the curriculum.
I was a part of StudSat-2 ,which helped in actually implementing what was learnt. This opened up a lot of opportunities for me in future.
The facilities were really supportive and friendly.
Even the placements were pretty modest.
In a nutshell it helped in the overall development of my personality.

One among best college
Placement: From management they offered various internships in different sectors and organizations, even recruitment process was very good so many mnc corporate sectors were visited in our campus they offered annual package was good..
Faculty: Jairaj channshetty sir was a very eminent personality, his explanation lecture methodology was very nice might be presentation any form like PowerPoint presentation, development programs and activities etc
College: The college campus, infrastructure, ecofriendly nature was very nice..then college management and staff behavior was very nice, teaching staff are well experienced from different universities.
