JIMS has the best Placement Cell, which looks after the Internship and Placement of Jimsian. Some of the renowned brands that have come for campus placement are Amazon, Wipro, Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Tommy Hilfiger/ Calvin Klein, Oracle and so on. They offer great job roles to students. They help students gain practical exposure and get industry related experience. The package that these companies offer ranges from Rs.300000 to Rs.400000. Not only JIMS gives placement opportunities, but also they make sure that in the middle of these years, they also get an idea of how these global companies work. For giving this idea, they bring hands-on internship opportunities for the students. The teachers here has an amazing experience in teaching for 5 years and more. They constantly try to upgrade their skills by working on doing certified online courses. All the members are very understanding, helpful and friendly. They constantly try to improve our skills and knowledge. There are many teachers like Sartaj Khera Ma’am, Himani Gupta Ma’am and Anu Bhardwaj Ma’am. They all are my favorite teachers. However, all the teachers works and focus on qualitied teaching rather than quantitated, but I think these three have an excellent teaching quality. All the teachers in JIMS use approaches, which are highly understanding for the students. They use case study approach, shows videos in the class, read from business newspapers and magazines and bring more of real life exams.
College: JIMS is one of the most recognized institute of GGSIPU. The A+ ranking given by NAAC surely has positive impact in the minds of people. I think that mostly JIMS is blessed with the good part rather than the bad one. JIMS is surely amazing and a leading institute as it has one of the best infrastructure, amazing faculty, great crowd and hand-on opportunities for placements. JIMS, not only has good placement opportunities, but even good opportunities for extra-curricular activities. One can even become a member of many different societies and clubs. When it comes to sports, JIMS specially hires Sports Complex to conduct sports events. Since JIMS is affiliated to GGSIPU, the whole admission process takes place from their end. They release forms on their website. Students are required to fill out the form and upload their mark sheets. GGSIPU, after checking the eligibility criteria, i.e. 50%, issues admit cards to students and conduct online exams on a specified date and on allotted centres. The result is announced after a few days and students are allowed to take admissions based on their ranks in the exam. Hence, Students can even take admission in JIMS. I finalized this college because of its top ranking and A+ ranking given by NAAC. The infrastructure of JIMS was very impressive. I heard a lot about its amazing faculty and crowd. Another important reason was that JIMS is near to my home.
Exam: The process to get admission in JIMS does not require much effort. JIMS makes things easy for their students every time right from admission until the time they leave their college. Admission Process is conducted as prescribed by the GGSIPU. The interested students must note that they should take the following steps:- 1. Each student has to fill a form of IP University after his or her board exams. 2. They need to upload their mark sheets in the form. 3. The IP University then checks the eligibility criteria, i.e. 50% in all the forms. 4. Then they reject or accept the form as per each student’s eligibility criteria. 5. The University, then issues an admit card to all those whose forms are accepted by the IP University. 6. A date, time and Centre is specified to all these students. 7. IP University then conducts a CET for all these students through online platforms. 8. After few days of its conduction, the result is announced and marks is shown in the form of rank. 9. By comparing their rank with the standard rank set by each college, they are allowed to block their seats in those particular colleges. 10. Hence, Students are even allowed to block their seat in JIMS.

They offer great roles to the students like sales & marketing, finance, HR and operations. They offer amazing packages to the students ranging from Rs.300000 P. A. to Rs.400000 P. A. They constantly work on upgrading their skills and knowledge by increasing their certification. They all are very helpful, friendly and understanding. My favorite teacher is Ms. Shruti, who teaches in BBA Department. As my class coordinator, she is very helpful and understanding. She has guided me well in completing my major project. She helps in the subject notes as well. She is equally friendly with all of us. The quality of teaching at JIMS is amazing as teachers focus more on qualitied teaching rather than quantified teaching. They use interesting methodologies like using videos, presentation, quiz, group discussions, seminars, business newspapers, magazines and books to teach students.
College: Pros & Cons of college, Details of admission process and how you finalized this college I, being a Jimsite for more than 2 years now, can say that JIMS is the best BBA Institute affiliated to GGSIPU in Delhi NCR. There are pure benefits of joining this Institute starting from simple admission process to a grand farewell party. It possesses a wonderful faculty, well-maintained infrastructure, best placement and internship opportunities, advanced labs, beautifully designed libraries with thousands of books and various events and competitions conducted by the cultural societies of JIMS. The most important reason that I finalized this institute is due to the A ranking given by NAAC. The other reasons are the benefits of the college that I have listed above. Admissions in JIMS are purely conducted by the IP University as JIMS is affiliated with them. IP University releases a form for management courses, which is required to be filled up by the students till the due date. Based on the eligibility criteria, IP University then issues admit card to students who cross the eligibility criteria. On the provided date and centre, Common Entrance Test (CET) takes place. The result is announced after a few days. By comparing, their ranks with the standard rank set by this college, they are eligible to take admission in JIMS if their rank is within the range.
Exam: Admission Process JIMS conducts admission in a very simple manner. Only those students should apply for admission in JIMS, or in any college of IP University who have secured more than 50% in their senior secondary class. IP University is solely responsible for conducting the whole admission process of all the colleges affiliated with them. The few steps that any student has to follow to be a part of JIMS are as follows:- 1. All the students who have given their senior secondary exams are required to go to the website of IP University and fill the form for management courses. 2. They have to compulsorily upload their mark sheets in the form for the University to confirm on the eligibility criteria. 3. The University accepts or rejects the forms based on the eligibility criteria. 4. For those students whose forms are accepted, they are allowed to sit for the Common Entrance Test (CET) on the specified date, time and centre. 5. IP University then announces results after a few days. 6. Students attain unique ranks based on the exam that they have given. 7. They can then compare their ranks with the cut off list issued by the IP University. 8.
