Write Up 20 College Search Description We have the highly functional infrastructure in the most serene lush green campus. Our college is in Green Zone during this COVID times. Hostel is home away from home offering best amenities and personal attention. The campus is monitored by CCTV’s and 24 hours security guards. Faculty Teachers and mentors are amazing. Teachers use blended technology for making sessions more interesting. During the lockdown period, to provide hassle free and continuous learning, institute adopted flipped classroom concept. They are so helpful and full of efforts which reflect in our personality. Internships/Placements/Job Opportunities Institute provides the gateway to the most promising career options of our choice. Placements have been decent in the past couple of years. The highest and the average salary is also very high. Placement process is easy and transparent and college is supportive for each and every student in training towards securing a good job. College Fest/Events Various events are organized in the campus full of enjoyment and learning. Such events have created priceless memories for all of us. The campus life is quite fun. There are many sports facilities available. The extracurricular activities are quite flourished here. Society/Club Institute emphasizes on “learning by doingâ€. There are many student driven clubs to nurture hobbies and create a community of lifelong learners and responsible citizens.

Good Infrastructure With Good Placements
Placement: Regular training sessions are conducted on Aptitude, Soft Skills and Personality Grooming. Activities conducted by Placement Cell like Presentations, Group Discussions, Mock Interviews and Dummy Placement drives surely help students to crack interviews. More than 45 companies visited this year for campus recruitment offering best of packages.
Faculty: The learning environment is great with enriching lectures. The instruction methods adopted by teachers are very wide-ranging which make subjects simple to understand. The entire teaching fraternity is immensely supportive.
College: Institute has impressive infrastructure for academics in terms of classrooms, library, and labs; best indoor and outdoor sports facilities and canteen with good ambience offering tasty food. Campus life and environment is peaceful. Institute is currently under Green Zone in COVID crisis.

Placement: Students are provided with ample opportunities to interact with Industry Professionals through Internships, Live Projects, Expert Lectures and Mock Interviews. The CDC team identifies our strengths and weaknesses and work upon our personality grooming. Placement rates are increasing, average package being 4.5 LPA this year.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified and supportive of students. They provide handholding to all students and always encourage us to think big and achieve big. Their teaching plans are comprehensive that not only covers the University Curriculum but also covers the latest industry trends, so as to keep us on the same page and make us industry-ready.
College: The facilities provided in the college campus are extremely good. The institute clearly tops when it comes to a student-friendly environment, a place that never compromises on quality right from the canteen to classroom. We are not only imparted the course curriculum in the classroom sessions but exposed to many practical activities. The college has a Syndicate Program where students are mentored on academic as well as personal issues.

Placement: Placements at Indore Institute of Management and Research are 100% and excellent in Madhya Pradesh. A step by step approach is adopted by a dedicated Placement Department and Career Development Cell to make students placement ready. Students are trained in soft skills and personality development as well as aptitude that gives them an edge over other candidates. The highest package secured is 10 Lakhs pa in LIDO and highest packaged offered was 12.4 lakh pa. Most of the top notch companies have visited campus like Airtel, Extramarks, HSBC. Students get an opportunity to explore various profiles.
Faculty: Faculty are very friendly and are always willing to help and motivate us to achieve results
College: The entire infrastructure of the institute is student friendly; it comprises well - stocked library,research labs, projector and audio video equipped classrooms and sports facilities for indoor and outdoor games. Faculty: Institute focuses on the overall development of students hence the curriculum is delivered strategically covering both academic and non-academic activities to ensure total 360 degree exposure and preparedness to match the industry standards. Interactive methodologies like outbound activities, simulations, management games, role plays, extempore and makes learning interesting and engaging.

Students are committedly upgraded in advanced skills of Finance, Marketing and HR.The faculty members are highly experienced and give valuable inputs both in terms of academics and career advancement.

In these 8 months.....this college boosted my self confidence to a perfect level also motivated me for my life goals & here we also learnt to how to work as a team.

Placement: The placements at the college are very good. Many of my seniors got offers as early as in the mid of third semester. The number of companies visiting the college campus recruitment has increased substantially in the previous years. Institute provides excellent placement opportunities at PG and UG level. Some of the renowned companies like Lido Learning, i3infosoft, Silaris Information, Just dial, ICICI, Capital Via, HSBC, Tech Mahindra, Canara Bank ,Axis Bank are some of the regular recruiters in campus. We can also learn many certifications in technical skills by the means of Special Interest Groups. Curriculum includes regular classes of soft skills and aptitude which help us to face Industry challenges.

Faculty: The teachers of my college is very good and helpful they always help the students.
The teaching methodology followed at IIMR focuses on evolving and holistic development of students. The emphasis is on experiential and innovative learning among students. Value based education is imparted in form of SIGs through which advanced skills of Finance, Marketing and HR is developed. Online Certifications earned through MOOCs and NPTEL helps us to add weight to our resumes. Case destructions, Simulations, Group Discussions, Sectoral Studies makes class interesting and engaging. I am happy to be part of an academically strong institution.
