Reasons for being a student of GHS-IMR
Placement: Our institute provides 1st year students mandatory summer internship for 45 days which provides us industrial exposure and knowledge about working in a corporate environment. Almost 90% of the students of our college got placements. Our seniors got placed with a highest package of Rs. 12lacs p.a. and average of Rs.5-6 lacs p. a.
Faculty: The first reason for taking admission here is excellent faculty. Teachers are excellent and well qualified (Ph.d). The way they teach, help us to understand the course in an easy way. They are always updated with the current scenario in the world and corporate. All the teachers are having the experience of 20-25 years. All the professors focuses more on the practical aspect of the topic rather than the theoretical.
College: Dr. Gaur Hari Singhania institute of management and research is one of the best management institute in kanpur and ranks 45th best b-school as per the ranking by business India.
I am a first year student of this institute and i am very happy with the decision i made to study here.
Pros-
I) Excellent faculty
II) Infrastructure
III) Safe campus for girls
IV) International industrial trip
V) Events
Cons-
I) Campus area is not very big.
The admission cell of this institute is very good...you don’t need to panic much for getting admission there...the admission cell will help you solve all your problems in one go. You just have to appear for CAT/MAT Enterance... And then need to show your scorecard and will get a scholarship also, if you get 70% or more.
So i had no problem while taking admission here, in this institute.
Exam: For getting admission in GHS IMR
I) One will have to be appear in CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA and 50% in graduation.
II) College internal written exam.
III) Personal interview.
Then you’ll be called for further admission procedure in which admission cell of the institute will help you out. It provides education loan as well.

Exciting, opportunistic & competitive
Placement: Placement and internship provided are quite decent
Faculty: The faculty is supportive and highly qualified
They are adept in the art of teaching and tackling the students and have a methodical approach , leading to a holistic development
We are made to do projects to improve our soft skills
College: Excellent facility making learning a better experience by including case studies, interactive exercises with experienced faculty.
We remain engaged in interesting events and Activities even through virtual mode .
The infrastructure is good , have all the laboratories and classrooms services . Library is well maintained all the necessary books regarding the course are available.
The campus is go green and vibrant.
Exam: For admission 12th marksheet and state/national entrance exams marks are taken into consideration.
Then need to appear for personal interview , once cleared can go for seat lock

It was a wonderful experience at GHS-IMR with an excellent exposure provided across the various platforms. The faculty are very supportive and encourage students to push boundaries to rise above expectations. GHS-IMR targets for an overall development of every student, be it education, cultural awareness or practical exposure of business world like industrial exposure and international tour. I will feel gratified to be the part of GHS-IMR family.
Placement: Offered with Internship through college, but i opted my internship on my personal levels.
Talking about placements, number of companies visited college like Future Group,TCI,JKT,JK cement,RSPL,HDFC,Jaro Education and many more,
Lowest package counted approx 2.5-3 lacs ,, whereas Highest package counted to more than 10 lacs
Faculty: I really appreciate the way the professors provide quality education by not only teaching bookish but also realistic & practical knowledge providing at every aspect.
GHS-IMR faculties are well qualified & dedicated towards their work and focuses on each and every student .
Faculty keeps on making you updated with latest education & knowledge
College: First of all, GHS-IMR helps in overall personal growth & improves self esteem, pathway to advancements and enhances one’s overall personality.
Admission process includes GDPI with which the capabilities of one is looked and then making them grow under their supervision
Exam: Firstly you must have attempted entrance exam whether it be CAT/MAT ,
With the score in the entrance exam you are shortlisted ,
And then selected for GDPI which happens to be the part of admission process,
After GDPI one gets to know whether he/she is selected or not.

Placement: Internships and placements opportunities offered to students are based on their skills and help the students gain practical knowledge.
Faculty: All the faculty members are supportive and help in imparting education through interesting pedagogy.
College: GHS-IMR helps to bring confidence and conviction in the students and help them in finding the right path. The faculty is friendly and helps in imparting the required education.
Exam: CAT/MAT score as well as GD and PI are included in the admission procedure

Best institution for knowledge
Placement: Most of the reputed companies visited us and offered good packages.
Faculty: All the teachers were best in their streams and teaching capabilities. Provided us theoretical and practical knowledge of all the subjects during the program.
College: Wonderful educational institution with great faculty. I got myself enrolled in MBA program via regular admissions process of test and interview.
Exam: Written test was there followed by it’s results and final interview round.

A College worth Joining!!
Placement: Internship and job opportunities both in and outside India are provided in this college.
Faculty: All Faculty are Ph.d Scholars, Pedagogy used is both theoretical and practical learning but more inclined towards real time discussion taking place in the Industry.
College: Excellent experienced faculty with in depth Industry knowledge and wide range of co-curricular activities helped me in finalizing this college.
Exam: 10th &12th marksheet
National level exam
Group discussion followed by personal Interview.

A budget friendly college from the Industrial House of JK
Placement: I got internship in my first year via college in Pantaloons & Red Tape. I chose to opt for Red Tape as my career choice.
My final offers were from RSPL(Namaste India) & Berger Paints. I chose to opt Berger Paints as profile was interesting and moreover package was higher.
Faculty: Dr. Shekhar Trivedi (Dean Academics) served as my mentor and made me understand marketing from a practical & logical approach.
College: Education has never been more accessible in a friendly budget, with decent faculty focused on providing knowledge much more than what books can offer with their unique learning styles.
All this & much more in a single caveat, really helped me understand my goals in life and shape up my career. I will always be thankful to this institution for nurturing me into an Employee from a Student.
Exam: We can apply to this college via MAT or CAT scores

Placement: Can’t really tell about placements, since I am first year student.
Faculty: The teaching Methodology is more of application based and the knowledge they provide is much more than what we can get from a book
College: The college is having excellent faculty. The faculty is very cooperative and full of knowledge. College is also proven to be best in giving practice exposure. I would highly recommend to take admission in this college. It has good record of placement.
Exam: The first criteria is to be eligible for the internal written test is to have alteast 50% in graduation for general/OBC and 45% for SC/ST.
Then after that you have to clear a written test and personal interview.

Placement: Good internship facilities are provided to the students according to their field of interest.
Faculty: Every faculty member is well versed with their subject and impart their knowledge with great determination. Their main concern is to make the students best managers to prepare them to deal with the real corporate world efficiently.
College: GHS-IMR provides its students with the best of education, learning experience and infrastructure facilities. Faculty members try to impart best of their knowledge in much more creative ways which actually enhances the learning experience and improves on the student’s hard and soft skills.
Exam: Admission procedure is based on the class 12th result and state/national entrance exams along with personal interview.

Placement: As i m in mid semester the college is right now providing us summer internship
Faculty: All the faculty is very supportive and encouraging. All the teachers are my favorite.
College: Being the student of GHS IMR the knowledge and confidence which i gained is priceless. The faculty is very much supportive and encouraging. They provide us practical knowledge rather than the theoretical ones.
