Chef Rajesh = this personality always hungry for knowledge even if he is a faculty... one of the best quality chef wants to learn more and more.. he also like doesnt matter if you are a student i can also learn new things from you.. learning never stops... when we stop learning.. we stop growing
College: My name is Prateek Bengra, i was 28 when i joined this college after i had 3 restaurants in the past.. where i didnt do well as an entrepreneur & in order to gain knowledge and skills i have joined this college and trust me guys this is by far the best colleges out there in the world not just in india.. faculties work so so hard along with students. They are the real Guru’s.. education they provide is on another Level.. crazy amount of money being spent on students..this college has the world’s best culinary library i bet on this
.. education part is excellent apart from that they ll train you how to survive in this industry .. I take pride and say im the product of Brand CAI.

stupendous college for culinary arts
Placement: there are college placements of Taj, ITC, Oberoi etc. they come for interview if you are selected then there is other followed rounds.
Faculty: all the faculties are fabulous the teaching quality is spectacular they teach us from the scratch of everything show it theoretically as well as practically. considering the example of a chicken they will start with what to feed the chicken, considerations during purchasing a chicken, cuts of chicken, various methods used to cook chicken and followed by.
College: Being interested in culinary arts there could be no better place then this being it a faculty, infrastructure or the learnings and experience this college excels in everything. They train us fittingly for the industry.
considering all my researches I found this college to be the most shinning.

Placement: the institute provides the exposure to the students to enter the industry and experience the work by sending them on a 4 months training to the best five star properties all over India.the institute also provides with many opportunities for the final year students for making a career in the hotel industry with the best five star hotels all over India. it also provides opportunity to work in the best cruise lines .I got selected by the marriott hotels hyderabad and i m looking forward to start a great career with the marriott hotels and make my institute proud.
Faculty: chef srikanth the pastry chef of our college. Has a lot of experience of the industry.e is a great mentor.he motivates the students and encourages them to improve their skills.

Placement: i got placed at a pre-opening property ITC KOHINEUR. as a chocolatier.
through campus selection.
also the students can join cruiselines jobs which the college provides.. in reputed cruise companies...
Faculty: All the faculties are my favourite as each of them had a different approach in delivering the knowledge what they had....they all wanted each of their students to perform the best.... very friendly.. watever the doubts they r very exited to clarify it.. and would always share their valuable experiences from various levels...
College: My college is the best...it always thrives to be in an outstanding position... teaching the best of culinary skills and making us to think out of the box and achieve the challenges in our future....
