VIT AP University, Amaravati Admission
VIT AP University located in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh accepts both online and offline mode of application. The university has been approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). VIT Amaravati offers various programs at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The institute offers a PhD program at the Doctorate level. These programs are offered under several specializations. For admission to these programs, the candidates must register themselves by visiting the official website of the university.
For offline mode of application, the candidates must visit the admission office of VIT Amaravati and obtain the application form. Candidates seeking admission must ensure that they fulfill the minimum educational qualification required by the university.
BBA & BBA Business Analytics Admissions Process
We are in turbulent and uncertain times. Our stakeholders are our prime concern. With due consideration to the COVID-19 situation, we have modified the BBA admissions process to ensure the applicants can participate from the safety of their homes without taking risk.
The Admissions process is simplified, and the selection will be based on Online Personal Interview. There is no TEST / EXAM. The steps are given at the bottom.
- Register online to apply by visiting the official website of VIT AP.
- You will get login id and password in registered email and mobile number.
- Log in, change the password and fill in all the required details and upload scanned copies of 10th and 12th Std. Mark sheets. Submit the form. Make a payment of Rs 950 for application fees
- Eligible candidates will be informed about the interview by email.
- To participate in the interview, make online payment of Rs10,000 (refundable if not selected)
- Provide email id, WhatsApp and mobile number, and scanned copy of AADHAR card or school ID for use during the interview through Google form
- Attend the interview
- Selected candidates will be informed by the evening of the same day
- Provisional admission letter and declaration form will be sent by email to the selected candidates
- Confirm acceptance of admission, by sending signed and scanned copies of provisional admission letter and declaration form by email
- Pay the full academic fees within the specified date. If hostel accommodation is required, apply and make an online payment for Hostel + Mess fees
- Students who are awarded scholarships, will be intimated by email and they will have to pay ONLY the applicable fees.
Minimum Educational Qualification
For undergraduate program
- For admission to BBA, the candidates must have passed senior secondary school securing at least 60% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates seeking admission to B. Tech must qualify 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics securing at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.
For postgraduate program
- For admission to the Integrated M. Tech program, the candidates must have passed senior secondary school or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects securing at least 70% marks in aggregate.
For PhD program
- Candidates seeking admission to the PhD program must possess a master’s degree in the relevant field securing at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
- For admission to PhD in Social Sciences & Languages, the candidates must possess a master’s degree in the relevant field securing at least 55% marks in aggregate.
Admission to BBA and B. Tech programs at VIT Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
VIT Amaravati Courses offerBBA and B. Tech programs at the undergraduate level. B. Tech program is offered under seven specializations.
- For admission to BBA, the candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in Management Task + Personal Interview rounds conducted by the university.
- For admission to B. Tech, the candidates are shortlisted based on the marks obtained by them in VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) followed by personal interview round conducted by the university.
Admission to the Integrated M. Tech program at VIT Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
The university offers Integrated M. Tech program at the postgraduate level. The program is offered under Software Engineering specialization.
- For admission to the Integrated M. Tech program, the candidates are shortlisted based on the merit in the last qualifying examination.
Admission to the PhD program at VIT Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
The university offers a PhD program at the research level. The program is offered under seven specializations, thus providing the students with a pool of options to choose from.
- Candidates seeking admission to the PhD program must qualify VIT Research Entrance Examination (VITREE) followed by personal interview round conducted by the university.
For admission to the Integrated M. Tech or PhD program, the candidates must appear and qualify VITMEE examination.
Application procedure of VIT Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh
VIT Amaravati offers both online and offline mode of application for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
For Online mode
- Candidates seeking admission to the undergraduate programs must visit the official website of VIT University Amaravati and then go to VITEEE 2019 after clicking on ‘Admissions’ tab.
- Candidates seeking admission to the postgraduate programs are required to visit the official website of VIT University Amaravati and then click on ‘PG Application’ after clicking on ‘Admission’ tab.
- Fill the personal and professional details correctly as any incorrect detail may lead to cancelation of candidature.
- Process the payment of INR 1150 (INR 826 for postgraduate programs) as application fee by credit card, debit card, or net banking.
- Click on submit.
For Offline mode
- For undergraduate program, the candidates can obtain the application form from the VIT Campus by making the payment of INR 1200 through Demand Draft drawn in favor of ‘VIT University’ payable at Bhopal.
