VBSPU MBA Admission 2023
Purvanchal University offers MBA courses in 6 specializations. Admission to MBA is based on the qualifying scores of PUCAT and CUET PG. Eligibility for the VBSPU MBA course is graduation with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate or postgraduate with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. Relaxation of 5% for reserved category (OBC and SC/ST).
Selection Criteria:
In the MBA courses for Human Resource Management (MBA HRD), Business Economics (MBA BE), and Finance and Control (MBA FC), there are a total of 60 seats available. Out of these, 30 seats will be allocated through the PUCAT-2023 exam, and the remaining 30 seats will be filled via the CUET-(PG)-2023 exam.

VBSPU Ph.D. Admission 2023
The university offers Ph.D. programs in 45 different fields. To be eligible, the candidate needs a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks. Admission is based on the PUCRET exam conducted by the university, followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates.
If a candidate qualified in UGC, CSIR, JRF, NET, GATE, or SLET exams, s/he is exempt from the entrance exam but still needs to attend an interview. GATE applicants should have a minimum score of 75.
For those with 15 years of service in the Army/Navy/Air Force, a Ph.D. in Defence or Strategic Studies is an option.
