For admissions to Panjab University, candidates must appear for JEE Mains after completing their 12th for BTech/B.E. program or sit for PULEET for lateral entry in 2nd year to B.Tech.

• For Panjab University BTech First-year admissions: Completed Class 12 with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized board and appeared for JEE Mains
• For Panjab University BTech Lateral entry: Completed 10+3 Diploma or completed B.Tech first-year with an aggregate of 60% from a recognized college

Panjab University B.E Eligibility

All India Rank prepared by National Testing Agency (NTA) on the basis of score in JEE Mains 2023 Paper 1 for B.E./BTech. 

Passed 10+2/equivalent with 5 subjects Language (Hindi/ English/Punjabi/ Any Other Language) Physics Mathematics Any one of Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject Any other subject                                          

OR

Passed 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
