NMIMS Mumbai offers three postgraduate management programs. Admission to the PG course at NMIMS Mumbai is based on the results of the NMAT, which is administered by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC). After the results are announced, candidates must complete the NMIMS Mumbai application form for the preferred program. Candidates who fulfill the NMAT cutoff will be required to participate in the institute’s Group Discussion, Writing Ability Test, Case Discussion, and Personal Interview for ultimate admission. Students interested in attending Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies must fulfill the NMIMS Mumbai eligibility requirements.
NMIMS Mumbai Application Process
Stage 1: To secure a seat in Mumbai's NMIMS, the candidate must appear for the NMAT conducted by GMAC
- Navigate to the NMIMS Mumbai official website and click the ’apply now’ button.
- Complete step 1 by registering with a cellphone number and an email address.
- Your GMAC ID will be sent to you.
- Then, select "Step 2" to finish your NMIMS Mumbai registration.
- Press the ’Submit’ button.
Stage 2: Shortlisting for the course is done on the basis of the NMAT examination.
- Stage 2 includes NMIMS organizing a selection process wherein the shortlisted students would be required to appear for the following tests: psychometric test, written aptitude test and personal interview.

NMIMS Mumbai students get a Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for economically weaker segments from General, ST, SC & physically disabled categories. This scholarship is rewarded based on the Senior Secondary Examination. The total number of scholarships has been divided amongst the State Education Boards depending on the State's population in the age group between 18- 25 years old. scholars above the 80th percentile & with family earnings of lower than INR 6 LPA will get INR 1000 per month at the graduation level & INR 2000 per month at the postgraduate level. Students applying for professional courses will get INR 2000 per month in the 4th & 5th year. The scholarship is paid for 10 months in an academic year.
