MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (MSRUAS), also known as Ramaiah University, was established in 2013 under the Karnataka University Act. It is a private institute. The university has two campuses across Bangalore including Gnanagangothri campus and Peenya campus. Ramaiah, offers UG, PG, and PhD courses across Engineering and Technology, Management and Commerce, Art and Design, Mathematical & Physical Sciences, and among other streams. It is approved by the AICTE, and UGC.

Best University in terms of education BUT no placement
Placement: No internship were provided.
Placemnts were bogus and first batch students are left with low marks and no placement.
If you know anyone from this college do ask them about their seniors.
They have posters with all big companies logo but none of them offered job letter to selected students(in the campus drive)
Faculty: Teachers are good but they have been asked not to allot full marks to student.
"We have been asked not to alot marks more than 21" this was her reply when i asked my faculty about my marks despite all the answers were correct, the term test of 25 marks
College: Best place to study engineering but management is the worst, no placement rules are changed every year. No proper ground and hostel facility now for boys and very limited rooms for girls though they provide PG with bus faculity which is 4-5 kms from the college campus.
Placement for the first batch was the worst with only 4 or 5 students getting placed that too for 20k a month and yet they claim 97% placement. People who were shortlisted in campus drive were either asked to appear again for technical round or their names were removed without any reason. Seems like no direct companies were involved for campus selection and placement was given by consultancy firms
