IEC University Himachal offers 7 professional courses with five specializations in B.Tech. The mode of application to all courses is carried out online and offline. The eligibility to apply for the courses is 10+2 with minimum 45% marks.
B.Tech aspirants need to hold a valid Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main / Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET) rank. B.Arch applicants must have minimum 40% score in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and BPT students need to appear for an entrance examination and interview conducted by the university.

IEC University offers M.Phil and Ph.D. as doctoral courses. The IEC University Eligibility is a Master’s degree in the relevant stream with around 55% aggregate marks. The IEC University Himachal is common for all the courses, available in online and offline mode. In online mode of application, the students can submit the form online and also make the payment through RBI approved payment gateway from the official website of the IEC university.
In the offline mode, the candidates have to download and send the duly filled application form to the academic office of the university. For the payment, a Demand Draft of INR 500 in favor of “IEC University, Baddi” has to be drawn payable at New Delhi/Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
