Admission to the MBA and Integrated MBA programs at Ahmedabad University are available for terms of two and five years, respectively. The integrated MBA course includes the BBA degree as well. Ahmedabad University PhD Selection Criteria
The PhD selection criteria for Ahmedabad University include the following:
- The Ph.D. program admits students based on their academic record, professional experience, research aptitude, and performance in the interview and exam.
- The School of Engineering administers written exams and interviews on its own.
- The School of Arts and Sciences accepts valid GATE results.
- Applicants who hold fellowships from CSIR, DBT, UGC, DST, ICMR, or JEST are exempt from taking the written exam.
- Candidates must have a valid GATE, CAT, GRE, GMAT, UGC-NET, JRF, MAT, JEST, or ATMA score in order to be admitted to Amrut School of Management.
Ahmedabad University Application Process 2024
The online application period for Ahmedabad University Admission 2024–2025 academic term is now open. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Applicants who are in their final year of education are also eligible to apply, given that their final semester exams are due by July 15, 2024, and results will be declared by September 31, 2024, or December 31, 2023 (for MBA applicants). The application fees are INR 500 and INR 1200, for the Ph.D. and postgraduate programs respectively.
Ahmedabad University Admission Process:
- Candidates must register online through the official portal and fill the application form.
- Candidates must pay INR 1200 to complete their application.
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified within 10 days of application via the portal.
- Selected candidates must take the Writing Assessment Test (WAT).
- Those who clear the WAT will be called for the personal interview round.
- Merit lists will be released based on the results. The names and application numbers of the selected students will be mentioned along with a waiting list.
