BHU UG Admission 2024: Round 1 Seat Allotment Results Released Today

BHU UG Round 1 seat allotment list for the current academic session is going to be declared today, August 17, 2024. The results will be available from 5 PM onwards on the official admission portal, bhucuet.samarth.edu.in. This is a major milestone in the process of admission for the candidates who have applied for various UG courses in BHU based on their CUET UG ranks.
Once the results are out, the candidates who have taken part in the counseling process must verify their allotment immediately. The seat allotment results can be accessed only through the CUET application number and password of the candidates. The candidates are required to download and must keep a photocopy of the allotment order for their records.
Steps to Download BHU UG Round 1 Seat Allotment Result:
- Visit the Official Website: Go to bhucuet.samarth.edu.in.
- Access the Allotment Result: Click on the link for BHU UG Round 1 seat allotment result.
- Login: Enter your application number and password.
- Download and Save: View and download the allotment order for your records.
Admission Fee Payment Deadline
Those candidates who are given a seat in this round are required to accept the seat by paying the fee online by August 20, 2024, 5 PM. This fee payment is very important because if the payment is not made within the stipulated time then the seat that has been reserved for the student will be withdrawn. If seat upgradation takes place in the subsequent rounds then the charges will be levied as per the new upgradation.
Next Steps After Seat Allotment
After the candidates have been given the seat allotment, they should make sure to check the details. If satisfied they have to go through the admission process by making the required fee payment. After the payment, the candidates are to undergo document verification which is an essential part of the admission process.
The document verification process involves the presentation of important documents such as CUET UG scorecards, class X and XII certificates, category certificate if any, transfer/migration certificates etc. Prospective students are encouraged to have all documents in place and adhere to the guidelines given by the university or the college assigned to the candidate.
Reporting to the Allotted College
Upon successful document verification, candidates have to download their allotment letter from the BHU portal. These documents will be necessary when reporting to the allotted college and this letter will accompany the verified documents. Candidates should ensure that they do all the reporting and any other formalities as required by the university or college.
This particular seat distribution is the first of the multiple distributions that will be done in the course of the BHU UG admission exercise. The candidates should check the official portal for the further information about the subsequent rounds and other instructions.
To those who are not content with the initial allocation, there are other ways to be able to join other rounds of counselling where they can have a better chance of getting the preferred seat.
