The SRMJEEE Exam dates have been announced on the official website - srmist.edu.in, and the first phase is scheduled to be held from 22nd to 27th April 2025. The application form is currently live and the candidates can fill out the form till 31st March 2025. Now before applying for the SRMJEEE Exam, the candidates should carefully view the SRMJEEE Eligibility Criteria which includes the age limit, minimum marks required in the qualifying examination, reservation criteria, subject criteria, and other relevant details.
Only the Candidates who fulfill the SRMJEEE eligibility criteria as decided by the SRM University will be eligible to apply for the exam. Candidates and aspirants who do not fulfill the eligibility criteria for this exam, will not be allowed to appear for the exam, and the applications for such students may be rejected. Therefore, it is crucial to understand this eligibility criteria. As per the basic criteria, the students must have obtained at least 60% marks in the qualifying examination and must be at least 16 years of age. SRMJEEE Eligibility Criteria - An Overview
SRMJEEE 2025 Admission will be based on the eligibility criteria and the performance in the qualifying examination. The decision of the committee will be final and binding. The Candidate whether a resident of India or non-resident(NRI), holder of a PIO or OCI card issued by the government is eligible to apply for the selection test.
- The candidate should have attained the age of 16+ on July 31st, of the calendar year in which the 12th Board/Standard/Grade examination is held.
- A minimum aggregate of 60% or equivalent grade in class X.
- A minimum aggregate of 60% or equivalent grade in 10+2 or Higher Secondary examination/ Intermediate (First or Second Year) or any Indian education board recognised by the Board Of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi (CBSE, CISCE, and State Education Boards recognized by Board of Higher Secondary Education).
- Candidates are advised to check the Board passing the exam by clicking on the given link whether they are applicable or not.
- Students appearing for their 10+2 Higher Secondary Exam in the current academic year are also eligible for the application, only if they meet the eligibility of a minimum aggregate of 60% or equivalent grade in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in class X.
- For the SRM Delhi, NCR, Sonepat Campus, candidates must have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of these subjects Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies.
- Candidates must obtain at least 50% in the above-mentioned subjects.
Note: NRI PIO or OCI card holders issued by the government of India must apply under the International student category only.

SRMJEEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria: General
Indian citizens are invited to apply for and participate in SRMJEEE 2025. Additionally, individuals holding NRI, PIO, or OCI cards are eligible to apply and take part in the examination. For candidates who prefer not to take the admission test, there is an alternative option to apply under the international student category.
