New Update About NIFT 2025
IIM Lucknow has revised CAT Admit Card 2023 release date. CAT Admit Card will now be released on 7 November 2023 @iimcat.ac.in. The release date of CAT Admit Card was previously set to be 25 October. Candidates will be able to download their respective CAT Admit Cards until the exam day by using their CAT login ID and password. The CAT 2023 Exam will be held on November 26 at approximately 400 test centres across 150 cities. The exam will be divided into three slots and will last two hours. Candidates will be able to take the test at the centre only if they bring a hard copy of their CAT 2023 Admit Card.

NIFT Exam Pattern 2025: The National Institute of Fashion Institute offers admission to UG and PG programs across various colleges. NIFT offers various design courses like B.Des, M.Des, B.F.Tech, M.F.Tech, M.F.M. You can fill in your desired program while filling the application form. NIFT Exam Pattern 2025 Highlights
The General Ability Test (GAT) will be administered online, while the Creative Ability Test (CAT) will be conducted offline. Based on the marks of the written examination, candidates are shortlisted for the Situation Test/ Personal Interview.
To gain admission to the B.Des program, candidates have to clear all three stages of the selection process, namely CAT, GAT, and Situation Test.
For M.Des admissions candidates have to appear for CAT, GAT, and Group Discussion/PI. Candidates have to appear for GAT to gain admission to B.F.Tech and for M.F.Tech and MFM applicants, the selection process will be through GAT and GD/ PI.

NIFT Exam Pattern 2025 for CAT
The CAT is a paper-and-pencil test. Skills considered include the candidate's design aptitude as well as their power of observation, concept innovation, and intuition. Additionally, it will also test candidates' inventive and creative color and illustration skills.

NIFT Exam Pattern 2025 Negative Marking
For each incorrect attempt on the GAT exam, the candidate will lose 25% of their final score. To succeed on the GAT, a candidate must use discretion when answering questions for which they are unsure of the correct response. The CAT paper is a drawing-based exam, and does not have negative markings.
