MHT CET 2024 – The Maharashtra CET Cell has revised the exam dates of MHT CET 2024 on April 10. As per the new and revised schedule, the MHT CET Exam Date 2024 is May 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16 and 17 for engineering exam while the MHT CET 2024 Exam Dates for Pharmacy exam is April 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, and 30, 2024. The MHT CET 2024 Admit Card will now be released during the third week of April. The State CET Cell conducts MHT CET Exam every year for admission to engineering and pharmacy programs. Qualifying the exam will get students admission to colleges and universities of Maharashtra state. As per the previous MHT CET 2024 Exam Dates, the exam was scheduled to be conducted from April 25 to 30 for engineering and from April 16 to 23 for pharmacy.
MHT CET 2024 Registration window now stands closed. Students who wish to take the exam have registered themselves by filling the MHT CET Application Form. The difficulty level of MHT CET is same as that of JEE Mains. The MHT CET 2024 Exam Pattern consists of 2 papers of 100 marks each. The exam is conducted for engineering and pharmacy. Students appearing for engineering will take PCM paper while students appearing for Pharmacy paper will be appearing for PCB Paper. For PCM, the first paper will be Mathematics, and for PCB, the first paper will be Biology. Paper 2 is common for all the students since it consists of questions from Physics and Chemistry. The total exam duration of MHT CET is 3 hours.
Besides, the MHT CET 2024 Syllabus PDF has also been made available on the official website. The syllabus usually covers all the topics from class 11 and class 12 syllabus of Maharashtra State Board. In MHT CET Question Paper, 80% of the questions are from class 12 syllabus only and only 20% weightage is given to the topics of class 11 syllabus.

What is MHT CET Exam?
The full form of MHT CET is Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) and it is a state level entrance examination conducted for admission to B.E.,B. Tech, B. Pharm programs offered by several Government and Private institutions across the state of Maharashtra. MHT CET is conducted once a year and candidates belonging to the other states can also apply for the exam.
The Maharashtra State Government has formulated fresh regulations for the admission process of BTech and other professional degree programs starting from the academic session of 2024-25. According to the information, beginning in 2024, the marks obtained in class 12 will carry significance for admission into BTech and other courses, in addition to the MHT CET scores. Both class 12 marks and CET scores will be given equal weightage.

MHT CET 2024 Exam Centers
MHTCET Exam will be conducted in 100 cities across Maharashtra state and a few cities outside Maharashtra. The details about the examination center will be mentioned on candidates' MHT CET Admit Card.
