IIM Lucknow has revised CAT Admit Card 2023 release date. CAT Admit Card will now be released on 7 November 2023 @iimcat.ac.in. The release date of CAT Admit Card was previously set to be 25 October. Candidates will be able to download their respective CAT Admit Cards until the exam day by using their CAT login ID and password. The CAT 2023 Exam will be held on November 26 at approximately 400 test centres across 150 cities. The exam will be divided into three slots and will last two hours. Candidates will be able to take the test at the centre only if they bring a hard copy of their CAT 2023 Admit Card.
GATE Admit Card 2025: The GATE 2025 Exam will take place on 1st, 2nd, 15th, and 16th February 2025. The GATE 2025 Admit card will be released on January 2, 2025. Candidates can download the GATE 2025 exam admit card from the website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
The candidates must carry their GATE admit card to the test centre. Candidates' identification proof will also be required to appear for the exam. Hence, the candidates need to carry their GATE hall ticket 2025 to the exam centre along with an original and valid ID proof.

The steps to download the GATE Admit Card 2025 have been mentioned below.
Step 1: Visit the GATE 2025 official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Check admit Card’ option present on the screen.
Step 3: Login into the website using the login credentials (ID and Password) provided when filling the form to access the GATE Hall Ticket.
Step 4: You can access the GATE Admit Card.
Step 5: The candidates should go through all the details mentioned on the GATE Admit Card. Special attention should be paid to the photograph and signature.
Step 6: Candidates should take the printout (Preferably coloured) of the GATE Admit Card on an A4 sheet.

Once you have downloaded the admit card for the GATE exam, it is important to verify the information mentioned.
Name of the Candidate - It must be the same as in the GATE 2025 application form
Date of Birth - Must be the same as mentioned on the GATE application form and official documents
Test Centre Location - Must be in one of the options mentioned in the application form
Candidate's Photograph and Signature - It must be clearly visible
The candidates need to keep a few points in mind while downloading the GATE Hall Ticket.
Enter the correct ID and Password while logging in to download the GATE hall ticket.
Check all the important details such as Name, Subject, Signature and Photograph on the Admit Card.
The candidates need to check the Exam Centre and the Date of the exam.
The photograph and Signature should match with those which were submitted by the candidates at the time of filling the application form.

Follow these GATE exam day guidelines while appearing for the exam.
GATE Admit Card should be printed on A4 size paper. The printed hall ticket should be clear and readable.
Paste the same passport size color photograph as uploaded while registering for GATE in the space provided.
Carry your original and valid photo ID. Photo ID should not be damaged or smudged and the name on ID should match the name on the GATE Admit Card.
Test centre should be located at least once before the exam day to avoid last minute confusion regarding centre location.
Only GATE 2025 Admit Card and Photo ID will be allowed into the exam hall.
All candidates should carry two simple pens and test-related documents. No other items are allowed.
Don’t wear jewelry and other metal containing items to the exam hall.
The Test Centre is not responsible for the personal belongings of the candidate.
No request for change of test centre will be entertained.

Without the GATE Admit Card, you will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. Make sure to print and carry it along with your photo ID.
No, once the Admit Card is issued, you cannot change your exam centre.
If you forget your login credentials, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page of the GATE 2025 website to reset your password.
No, only a printed copy of the GATE 2025 Admit Card is accepted at the exam centre. Digital copies on phones or other devices will not be allowed.
While it is not mandatory, it is recommended to carry a colored printout of the GATE Admit Card for better clarity of your photo and signature.
International candidates should follow the same guidelines as domestic candidates. They must carry a valid passport or government-issued photo ID as identification along with the GATE Admit Card.
