IIM Lucknow has revised CAT Admit Card 2023 release date. CAT Admit Card will now be released on 7 November 2023 @iimcat.ac.in. The release date of CAT Admit Card was previously set to be 25 October. Candidates will be able to download their respective CAT Admit Cards until the exam day by using their CAT login ID and password. The CAT 2023 Exam will be held on November 26 at approximately 400 test centres across 150 cities. The exam will be divided into three slots and will last two hours. Candidates will be able to take the test at the centre only if they bring a hard copy of their CAT 2023 Admit Card.

CAT admit card 2024 will be released on November 5, 2024 by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM). CAT 2024 admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam centre. Candidates not carrying it on the exam day will be barred from taking the CAT exam. Registered candidates can download their CAT 2024 admit card by using their valid CAT login ID and password.
Candidates must download their admit cards before the CAT 2024 exam day and take two printouts of the same. CAT hall ticket will be available for download until the exam day (November 24, 2024). It is expected that more than 3,50,000 candidates will take this national-level MBA entrance exam.

Candidates must take note of the following points-
- Those who will be able to submit their CAT application form successfully can download the CAT admit card by using the required CAT login credentials.
- CAT admit card will be available only in online mode at iimcat.ac.in. It will not be sent by post.
- On the day of exam you have to carry original and valid government issued photo identification proof along with CAT admit card colour or black and white printout.
- Print all pages of the CAT 2024 admit card on A4 size paper. Admit card will be valid only if details mentioned in the admit card, photograph and signature images are legibly printed.
- You will also have to paste a photograph on the printed admit card (same as uploaded in CAT registration form) and sign in front of the invigilator on CAT exam day 2024.

- Visit the IIM CAT official website, iimcat.ac.in
- Click on the Login button under the Registered Candidate login
- Enter the User ID and password given at the time of registration
- Admit card window will open and you can see your CAT admit card
- Click on the download button and save the admit card
- Candidates should take a colour printout of the admit card to carry at the time of examination.

CAT Admit Card 2024 Forgotten CAT user ID and password?
If the candidate loses the email or SMS, they can retrieve the CAT 2024 login credentials by following the steps given below:
- First, click on the 'Registered Candidate login for CAT 2024' tab on the official website
- Then, click on the 'Forgot User ID/Password' tab
- Here, enter the registered email address and the captcha string
- Then, click on 'Get user ID/password'
- The new user ID and password will be sent to the registered email address of the candidate.
- Sign in again using the new user ID or password and keep it safe for future reference.
NOTE: Regenerated passwords will not be sent as an SMS.
CAT Admit Card 2024 Multiple CAT login passwords?
Candidates need to use the CAT 2024 login password that was sent in the most recent SMS. In case they are not able to login, they can create a new user id and password using the 'forgot password' tab.
CAT Admit Card 2024 download window is not loading?
This can happen due to a weak internet connection, outdated browser, cache issues etc. Candidates must use good-speed internet and updated internet browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome to download the CAT admit card 2024. IIMs have added a new feature in CAT Admit Card 2024 with Google Maps link. Candidates can use this link to get the exact centre location to avoid last minute confusion. Here's how you can use it:
- Download your CAT Admit Card.
- Click on Google Maps link on your CAT hall ticket.
- You will be redirected to Google Maps.
- Click on ‘Directions'.
- Enter your starting point and mode of transport (optional).
- The map for your test centre and the ending point will be displayed and you can use it to reach the exact location.

CAT 2024 Exam Day Guidelines
Follow these CAT exam day guidelines while appearing for the exam.
- CAT Admit Card should be printed on A4 size paper. The printed hall ticket should be clear and readable.
- Paste the same passport size color photograph as uploaded while registering for CAT in the space provided.
- Carry your original and valid photo ID. Photo ID should not be damaged or smudged and the name on ID should match the name on CAT Admit Card.
- Test centre should be located at least once before the exam day to avoid last minute confusion regarding centre location.
- Only CAT 2024 Admit Card and Photo ID will be allowed into the exam hall.
- A Writing pad and a pen will be provided for rough work during the test, this should be returned when the test ends.
- All candidates should carry two simple pens and test-related documents. No other items are allowed.
- Items not allowed in the exam hall – Mobile Phones, electronic gadgets, watches, calculators, stationery items, goggles, wallets, papers, jackets, etc.
- Don't wear jewelry and other metal containing items to the exam hall.
- The Test Centre is not responsible for the personal belongings of the candidate.
- No request for change of test centre will be entertained.

Candidates who will appear in the CAT exam for an MBA should not do some of the things discussed below.
- Do not appear for the exam twice, otherwise, your candidacy for the CAT 2024 exam will be cancelled.
- Do not cheat during the exam.
- Please check the reporting time as latecomers will not be allowed at the CAT 2024 exam center.
