The BITSAT questions will be structured in a manner in which an excellent student will have the ability to respond to 130 questions in a period of 180 minutes. The additional problems will allow highly qualified candidates to score more. Candidates should keep in mind, however, that there is a negative marking system for incorrect responses, and every attempt to answer the questions by solely guessing the answers is unlikely to benefit them and may result in lower overall marks.
