Selection Procedure for ATMA 2024 and other upcoming sessions will be the same until no new notification regarding the same is released by AIMS. Candidates will be selected on basis of marks scored in the examination of ATMA. The list will be released post the release of ATMA Result scheduled to be published within ffew day of completion of examination. The entire selection procedure of ATMA 2024 can be divided into 3 steps for shortlisting the top performing candidates. All the participating institutions of AIMS will conduct the selection procedure soon after the declaration of result. ATMA is accepted by both AICTE and the Ministry of HRD and conducted multiple times in a year for selecting students to be enrolled in PGDM, MBA, MCM and other postgraduate management courses offered by top management colleges of India including IIMs and Xavier's.
Candidate qualifying with the required scores of ATMA entrance examination will be called for the selection procedure by the respective institute candidate had applied for during the application process. Candidate should note that candidate will only be called if the marks scored by them meets the required cutoff of the institute. After fulfilling the required marks criteria candidate will have to appear for a round of Group discussion (GD). The candidates will further be shortlisted for the final round on basis of their performance in the GD round. The shortlisted candidates will have to face a panel of experts for the personal interview and based on their performance in the PI round candidate will be allotted the Seat and admission will be confirmed.
Candidates who are selected in the ATMA examination will also have to bring some mandatory documents which will be verified before the further selection procedure. The list of documents are:
- Original Letter sent after shortlisted
- All the original certificates and at least two photocopies of certificates of Xth and XIIth
- ATMA scorecard
- Original ATMA Admit card used for that particular examination
- Four to Six recent passport size photographs (colour and black and white)
- Original degree or provisional certificate if the candidate is appearing in the final exam of Bachelor's degree
- Caste Certificate if applied under the reserved category (OBC/ST/SC/Other) signed by the authorized authority
