Admission Procedure:
The admission in the FPM provided by the XLRI is done on the following basis i.e. candidate should have appeared on any of the following exams:
- XAT
- UGCJRF
- UGC NET
- GMAT
- GRE

Minimum Eligibility:
For taking admission in the FPM offered by XLRI(Xavier School of Management), the should meet the following requirements:
The candidate seeking admission in the Fellow Program Management should have done Masters from a recognized institute with at least 55% aggregate.
or
The candidate should have scored 60% aggregate in the B.E./B.Tech. with at least 2 years of experience.
or
The candidate should have a professional qualification i.e. CA/ICWA/CS with at least 55% marks.

Placement: All the students get placed so 100% placements. Major companies like HUL, P&G, BCG, Nestle, Mondelez, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Flipkart, GSK, etc visit the campus for placements. Average package offered was 19.21 lakhs for 2017 batch.
