XLRI (Xavier Labor Relations Institute) is a prestigious and internationally recognized business school in India, with two campuses: XLRI Jamshedpur and XLRI Delhi NCR. It is well-known for its two-year full-time PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) programs, which are both AICTE-approved MBA programs. XLRI also provides a 15-month full-time PGDM in General Management, as well as two Doctoral level programs. Placement: All the students get placed so 100% placements. Major companies like HUL, P&G, BCG, Nestle, Mondelez, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Flipkart, GSK, etc visit the campus for placements. Average package offered was 19.21 lakhs for 2017 batch.
