TAPMI Placement 2024
The TAPMI placements for the 2024 batch have been completed. The top TAPMI package was valued at INR 32.02 LPA, while the average TAPMI package was valued at INR 13.84 LPA. The placement rate for MBA Students was 100%. The present data also reveals the fact that post-program salaries of the TAPMI MBA Program have improved by 4.2 times above their pre-program salaries. Further, the average package for TAPMI MBA HRM was INR 12.77 LPA, and for MBA Marketing students was INR 13.35 LPA.
Additionally, during T A Pai Management Institute MBA General Program placements in 2024, about 90 companies visited the campus. Among these, the top recruiters were Accenture, AB InBev, Capgemini, Cognizant, and numerous others. The BFSI sector was the top recruiting domain which placed about 38% of the students.
Talking about the TAPMI Summer Placement 2024, the maximum and average stipends were INR 1.25 lakh and INR 33,597 per month, respectively. A total of 500 students received internship offers. The Summer Placement season at TAPMI for the class of 2023–2025 is still ongoing.
