Placement: SIDTM has kept its record of being consistent in providing 100% placements every year. Every student gets equal opportunities irrespective of the professional background they come from. We have a variety of companies from IT, Telecom, Marketing sectors coming for placements.
Faculty: The Faculty at SIDTM, is a rich blend of knowledge and experience, helping the students inculcate the required skills to face the ever-competitive corporate world. Faculty provides us with real-life examples in the form of industry use cases, role plays, simulations, and interactive classroom discussions, which pushes students to think critically and out of the box.
As students come from diverse professional backgrounds, bridge courses on telecom and finance are offered so that the students are on the same page when the curriculum starts.
The faculty is very student-friendly; they cater to the basic doubts of the students.
The faculty is up to date with the current industry changes and hence the curriculum is aligned accordingly.
The faculty not only helps the students with industry-relevant skills but also, teaches them basic morals and values, to be a good human being

Exam: The first step towards admission is an aptitude test which candidates have to appear for. It is known as SNAP(Symbiosis National Aptitude Online Test). The students are shortlisted for the next round(GEPIWAT Process) based on the SNAP score. The GEPIWAT consists of Written ability test where students have to write an essay/article on the topic given. The next round is Group exercise where students have to engage in a healthy discussion on the topic given, and the last round is Personal Interview, where students will have a conversation with the interviewer and will be judged on their interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, the way they portray themselves in front of the panel and their willingness to learn. After the above three rounds, students will be scored based on their performance and will be shortlisted accordingly. The weightage for selection is as follows:
SNAP Score- 50%
Group Exercise- 10%
Written Ability Test-10%
Personal Interview- 30%
