Sujatha Degree College for Women Application process

• The candidates should fill in the Application forms in their own handwriting.
• Candidate should fill separate Application forms for each group.
• Application must be registered in the college on or before the prescribed date announced by the college in the local dailies. 
• Candidates should submit their application forms along with one Xerox.

Copies of the following Certificates are required:

• Transfer Certificate form the Institution where the Candidate last studied.
• Date of Birth Certificate & SSC Memorandum of Marks.
• Migration Certificate by students coming from Universities other than Osmania University.
• Bonafide Certificate.
• Income Certificate of the parent/guardian.
• Nativity Certificate from Mandal Revenue Officer.
• Caste/Community Certificate from an officer, not below the rank of Mandal Revenue Officer.

Admission Profile
During the time of admission the students are provided with two copies of admission record books. This booklet consist of information about the student like his/her personal details, academic details, health issues and information about his/her extracurricular activities. The students are advised to fill in this booklet fully and one copy is to be retained by the student and the other one has to be submitted to their respective section incharge. This booklet has to be updated by the student every year and the same information has to be passed on to the section in charge.
