Placement: Despite the uncertainty, this year we saw all the sought-after roles that we had been targeting before the MBA. There has been a great hike in the salary pre and post MBA and the figure is around 126%. Individual attention is given to each student for placement.

Placement: College provides great placements to HR professionals, as part of the HR leadership program.
For business leadership, the 100% placement is definitely achieved year after year, but the quality of placement is a concern.

Faculty: The faculty at SOIL is very approachable, supportive and have their own unique styles of teaching which makes it very interesting for students to learn. Despite the pandemic and having classes online, the professors engaged us throughout the course.
