Royal College of Arts, Science and Commerce, which is popularly known as Royal College was established in the academic year of 1989. The college has been affiliated to the University of Mumbai since its inception. The college has also been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with grade ‘A' 3.10 CGPA. The college was established under the aegis of the Royal Society which was founded by Professor Asgar E. Lakdawala in the year 28th December 1966.
