RIMT won Best Innovative Project Award at 17th Punjab Science Congress
RIMT - Institute of Engineering & Technology, Mandi Gobindgarh won Best Innovative Project Award at 17th Punjab Science Congress, 2014 organized by Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. RIMT competed 18 Colleges & 4 universities from Punjab in which Punjabi University, Kurukshetra University, Punjab Agricultural University and Guru Nanak Dev University had taken part. Er Ajay Singh Rana, Associate Prof. Mechanical Engineering & Coordinator of Innovative Club RIMT-IET accompanied the students at Punjab Science Congress. The Projects who bagged the Award were Project of Designing a Vehicle for Handicap who have no arms prepared by Sudhanshu Gupta Mechanical Engineering student of RIMT-IET, Project for assisting Blind People with Stick using ultra sonic Sensors Prepared by Akshay Handa & Ayush Kumar Electronics & Communication Engineering 6th Semester students , ‘Multifunctional Robot Project ‘prepared by Jaspreet Singh 6th Semester Student of Mechanical EngineeringStudent's Rating for RIMT University , Chandigarh

RIMT is best in class for educatuon
Placement: For B.Tech courae every student got many chance to sit in campus placement drives organized by TPO department and placement ratio is also very good. RIMT also prepare student for interviews by providing them special training classes.
Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified and very hardworking. They always guide students to make them capable to sustain in the future.
College: RIMT is best in class for quality education. Infrastructure is also superb with hi-tech labs and classrooms.
Exam: I heard alot about RIMT and I got direct admission in RIMT after completion my 10+2.

A good engineering University.
Placement: Very less company opportunities are provided to the civil engineering students but a lot of CS companies do visit.
Faculty: Faculty are experienced, trained and highly supportive.
College: Situated in the Indian state of Punjab, admission to this university is through 12th class scores. The university is spread over 80 acres of land. Almost all the facilities provided by the college are satisfactory. There are about 200 faculty members in this university and everyone of them is experienced.
Exam: Based on School / 12th Class Result

Exam: College’s Internal Written Exam
Placement: i got an opportunity to appear for 3 job interviews and i finally got selected in Levis.
Faculty: one of our teachers is from nift and i really like her way of teaching as she’s got tremendous exposure
College: I can positively say RIMT University has made me a better person. It has helped me develop a positive attitude towards my studies and discover more about myself. Teachers are very caring and supportive. They make sure every class is fun, educational and interactive.
