Ramthakur College was established in 1967 by Late Pramod Ranjan Bhatta. It is a public college. It is located in Agartala, West Tripura. This college is affiliated with Tripura University. It is approved by the DEB (Distance Education Bureau). Presently the college has Arts, Science, and Commerce streams with approximately 3000 students. The college campus is spread over 6.34 Acres of land. It was accredited by NAAC with a B Grade in 2011.
