How to Apply?

For B.Tech Programs:

Visit the Official Website: Candidates should go to the RIT official website to access the application form.

Registration: Click on the "Registration" link and fill in the following details:

• Applicant’s name
• Date of birth
• Email ID and mobile number
• Create a password

Note Application Number: After successful registration, candidates will receive a system-generated application number. This will be needed to log back into the portal.

Complete Application: Log in using the application number and password to fill in the remaining details, including academic and personal information.

Upload Documents: Candidates should upload scanned images of their photograph and signature.

Payment: Pay the application fee of INR 700. Candidates from the SC category will pay INR 300.

Print Application: Once the application fee is processed, a confirmation will be shown, and candidates should print the application form for future reference.

For M.Tech Programs:

Candidates applying for M.Tech programs need to prepare the following documents:

• A scanned copy of the Eligibility Certificate in PDF format
• Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate
• Certificate from the Head of the Department/Institute (available on the GOAPS website)
• Scanned copy of PwD Certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned copy of Dyslexic Certificate (if applicable)
