Course Details
From semester I to semester V, the students are trained in the major subjects of apparel production technology, apparel production management, apparel quality management, technical textiles, pattern making and garment construction.
From Semester V, since the students are already equipped with basic knowledge, the students are allowed to chose and pursue any specialization.

Admission Procedure:
Candidates needs to appear for a written examination (NIFT GAT) comprising of a General Ability Test.

Minimum Eligibility:
The candidate must have passed 3 or 4-years diploma recognized by AICTE or 10+2 examination from any recognized Central/ State Board of Secondary Examination or General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri-Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level/ International Baccalaureate (IB) or A pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects.
