G.Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science (GSITS) B.Tech Admissions 

70% of the seats in a field of engineering are designated as Category - A seats or Convener seats. The remaining 30% of seats are known as Category B or Management Quota Seats. The Convener, TS-EAMCET, handles admissions for Category - A seats. Admissions are made through web counseling based on the candidates’ TS-EAMCET scores and the regulations of reservation for admission into Telangana’s professional colleges. The management of the institution fills B- Category seats in accordance with the rules established by TSCHE, Hyderabad. Candidates who have passed two year Intermediate Examination conducted by Board of Intermediate Education or its equivalent with not less than 45% of marks in the prescribed group subjects i.e. Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) are eligible for admission. However, the order of priority for selection of candidates for admission is the rank in JEE (Mains), rank in TS-EAMCET, marks in the prescribed group subjects in the qualifying examination.

70% of a specialization’s sanctioned intake is designated as A - Category Seats or Convener Quota Seats. The remaining 30% of seats are known as B - Category Seats or Management Quota Seats. The Convener, PGECET Admissions conducts admissions for A - Category Seats via web counseling based on the candidates’ GATE/PGECET rank and reservation regulations. Admissions are also based on JNTUH, Hyderabad’s course eligibility standards. Admission to B - Category Seats is handled by the college administration in accordance with the norms of the Government of Telangana (TSCHE). The college’s B - Category admissions are subject to certification by TSCHE and JNTUH, Hyderabad.
