LBSIM Placements 2024
In the 2024 placement season, LBSIM saw participation from 102 recruiters, offering an average salary package of INR 12.24 LPA, with the highest package reaching INR 16.67 LPA. Moreover, 38 Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) were secured by students based on their internship performances. Prominent recruiters included DE Shaw & Co, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Bain & Co, Darashaw, Asian Paints, and Airtel.
Fifty-nine prominent recruiters participated in the LBSIM Placements 2024, offering 38 PPOs. The Research & Consultancy sector was a primary recruiter in this year’s placement drive. Notable recruiters encompassed Deloitte, KPMG, Infosys, Airtel, Darashaw, Gartner, Wipro, Wilmar, and Capgemini, among other industry leaders across various sectors. During the LBSIM Summer Internship Placements 2024, the highest stipend recorded was INR 1.5 Lakhs, with an average pay of INR 42,460. Additionally, there was a 35% increase in new recruiters participating in the internship drive.

Campus placements for the Batch of 2021–23 were successfully completed by Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, an upcoming renowned institution and Centre of Excellence in management education, in just 47 days, a record-breaking amount of time. 50+ renowned recruiters participated in the placement season 2022–2023 at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, .
With the highest income being offered at Rs.24.75 LPA, the average salary provided by recruiters jumped to Rs.12.42 LPA. The diversity of recruiters and job profiles available to students at Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management has also improved. Placement: The college has a student managed internship and placement cell. The internship offers are aplenty for both marketing and HR branches, though finance seems to suffer and operations doing all right. The internship work is given on the basis of company requirement and enthusiasm of candidate. Stipend offered has gone up to 1.5 lambs, while average being around Rs10000.
As for placements, there was 100% placement last year and is also expected this year. The companies coming on campus are good but many marketing companies tend to come for sales trainee and not management trainee. The profiles offered are sometimes lower than what an mba qualifies for but overall the college is performing quite well
