ITM University Admission 2024-25

The University also offers admission to a Ph.D. program based on an entrance exam conducted by the University, followed by an interview round. The University conducts the ITM NEST entrance exam for admission to its various courses. Admission to all the UG and PG courses is made based on merit in ITM NEST conducted by the University, followed by counselling. The University also accepts valid scores in JEE Main for admission to B.Tech. course.

NATA score is also acceptable for admission to the B.Arch program. CMAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA or CAT-qualified candidates can also apply for admission to the MBA program. The Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) conducted the MP Pre MCA entrance test, and the GATE score is also acceptable for admission to MCA and M.Tech courses. ITM University, Gwalior, also conducts MP PAT entrance to grant admission to Agriculture courses such as B.Sc (Agriculture) and B.Tech (Agriculture).

ITM University Ph.D. Selection Criteria

Admission to the program is based on a written test conducted by the university.
Candidates must have completed a Master’s or M.Phil degree from a recognized institution in a relevant field.
A valid GATE score or UGC / JRF qualification or the equivalent fellowship is required for engineering courses.

Online Mode

Visit the college's official website and go to the ‘Admission’ tab.
Download the admission form and submit it along with the admission fee of INR 1000 by Cash/Credit/Debit Card/Net Transfer or D.D. issued in favor of ‘ITM University payable at Gwalior with all the required documents.

Offline Mode

Application forms can be acquired from the university Counseling Cell for INR 1000 in cash or D.D.
D.D. issued in favor of ‘ITM University, payable at Gwalior, must be sent along with all the required documents to the address listed below:

Candidates must write their name, mobile number, and address on the backside of the D.D.
In case of payment through cash, candidates must submit the duly filled form in person.
