Placements of Indore Institute of Science and Technology
IIST Indore has not yet released the placement statistics for 2023. However, the 2022 placement season saw significant participation, with over 136 companies visiting the campus. These companies offered a wide range of job opportunities, reflecting the institute’s growing reputation among recruiters. Many of the offers fell within the salary range of INR 5 LPA to INR 7 LPA, indicating that most graduates secured well-paying roles. The highest package offered during the 2022 placements was INR 28 LPA, demonstrating the potential for lucrative job opportunities for high-performing students. Additionally, the overall average package for the batch stood at INR 4.23 LPA, giving insight into the general placement trend. Over 151 unique job roles were offered across different sectors, showcasing the variety of career paths available to students. This data highlights the strong industry connections of IIST Indore and suggests positive outcomes for students despite competitive job markets.

My four years at IIST have been excellent and a memory to cherish for a lifetime. The years spent here have been full of learning opportunities that were full of fun and frolic and sometimes with academic grind that one has to go through. The lush green campus of IIST, Indore has all the required facility, like smart classroom, A.C. Computer labs, library, canteen and ATM. Along with academics we have various recent trends technical exposure by Special Interest Group (SIGs), on campus training programs and industrial tours. With the support of Electronics and communication department faculties, HOD sir and principal sir, I got an opportunity to represented our college in Smart India Hackathon and I got Academic Excellence Award in 2018 too. Career development cell and placement cell provided enough training in aptitude, GD, PI and opportunities to get placed in 3 companies.

In IIST, Indore I got excellent academic support from faculties and principal sir along with various technical special interest groups (SIGs) and holistic development clubs like Music club, dance club, art club and Photography club etc. We get groomed as confident individual by the best faculties of our Career Development Cell that ensures a better performance in placements too. We need not to roam for recent technical trends learning as IIST, itself provide us various computer language trainings and on-campus internship by experts of own college as well as industry persons.
