IIT BHU Placement 2024: Top Companies, Highest Package, Average Package
Latest Updates: The Highest Package offered during placements 2024 on the first day was INR 1.68 crore per annum. Additionally, it received 1,044 offers during placements in 2024. Besides these, the recruiters who took part presented 310 PPOs to the students of the batch 2024. The Top Recruiters during IIT BHU Placements 2024 are Qualcomm, Uber, Goldman Sachs, Google and more.
IIT BHU Placement Cell
The Training & Placement Office at IIT (BHU) Varanasi helps place students in the final year of study for their job placements. IIT BHU TPC also partners with top organizations and institutes.
The placement season runs throughout the year. It begins in the last week of July and concludes in March. Pre-placement talks are also organized in this regard. The Training & Placement Office announces job offers, interview dates, and candidate selections.
IIT BHU Overview
IIT BHU is a part of Banaras Hindu University. The Banaras Engineering College was founded in 1919. In 1968, it became the Institute of Technology at Banaras Hindu University. It was later made an Indian Institute of Technology in 2012. IIT (BHU) Varanasi has 16 departments. It also has 3 interdisciplinary schools and 1 Humanities & Social Sciences Section.
