IIM Jammu placements have been completed for its first batch of MBA in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management (MBA HA & HM) batch 2024 with a Placement rate of 100%. The highest and average package offered to the MBA HA & HM batch in IIM Jammu placements 2024 is INR 32 LPA and INR 14.01 LPA
IIM Jammu concluded its 2024 placements with over 130 students participating, including around 50 new recruiters. The MBA 2022-24 batch of 244 students secured an Average Package of INR 15.48 LPA, marking a 6.1% decline from the previous year. The Highest Package reached INR 31.75 LPA, with recruiters like BNY Mellon, Cognizant, HCL, Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, ICICI Bank, and Unacademy participating.
For the IIM Jammu IPM batch of 2021-26, the Summer Internship Placements reported a top stipend of INR 50K per month, with an Average Stipend of over INR 25K, primarily from the FMCG and Energy sectors. The MBA Summer Internship Placements for 2025 saw 100 recruiters, with the Highest stipend at INR 2 Lakhs and an Average stipend of INR 70.82K.

Marketing/Sales led with 48% of offers and an average CTC of INR 17.87 LPA, followed by Finance at 18% with an average of INR 16.42 LPA.
