Indian Institute of Management (IIM),Placement Highlights 2024
IIM Raipur has published its Final Placement Report for both the MBA 2023 Batch Placement and the MBA 2024 Batch Summer Internship Placement. According to the IIM Raipur Chairperson (Placement), this year was marked phenomenal for both batches. With a placement rate of 100%, IIM Raipur has secured the Highest International Package of INR 67.60 LPA and the Highest Domestic Package of INR 43.43 LPA.
A total of 255 students were placed with a placement rate of 100%. The IIM Raipur Average package stood at INR 21.04 LPA whereas the Median package was INR 20 LPA. According to the report, a total of 107 recruiters have participated in the IIM Raipur placement drive. The top 50% bagged an average package of INR 24.70 LPA.
The Banking and Financial Service and Insurance (BFSI) sector was the highlight during the placement drive. The highest number of students were recruited in this sector.
On the other hand, IIM Raipur Summer Internship Placement 2024 also recorded a 100% placement rate. 107 recruiters have participated in this placement drive to recruit 328 students of the MBA 2024 Batch.

IIM Raipur Placements 2023: Sector-wise
The Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) has recruited the highest number of students. It offered the highest package of INR 32.50 LPA and an average package of INR 21.04 LPA. It recruited the 32% of the total IIM Raipur students.
IT/ITES came next with the Highest package offering of INR 43.43 LPA and an average package of INR 20.61 LPA. This is IIM Raipur’s Highest domestic package in 2023 placements offered in the IT/ITES sector.

IIM Raipur summer internship placements in 2024 have concluded with a 100% placement rate. A total of 311 students have enrolled for the placement through campus. 109 recruiters visited the IIM Raipur Placement drive out of which 41 recruiters are new. The highest stipend during this placement drive is INR 3.50 Lakhs/ 2 Months of Internship program. The overall average stipend stood at INR 1.39 Lakhs, the Average Stipend for the top 10% of Students was INR 2.79 Lakhs, and the Average Stipend for the top 50% of Students was INR 2.11 Lakhs.
