29 July, 2024 : IIM Lucknow Placement 2024 for PGP and PGP ABM has concluded with a 100% placement rate. A total of 600 jobs were offered to 576 students. The IIM Lucknow average package was INR 30 LPA for both PGP and PGP ABM. The highest domestic as well as international packages provided for PGP was INR 1.23 crore per annum and PGP ABM was INR 65 LPA, respectively.The IIM Lucknow PGP SM placement 2024 witnessed the highest package of INR 45.37 LPA and the median package of INR 18.05 LPA. Over 25+ companies participated in the IIM Lucknow PGP SM placements 2024. Among 106 IPMX graduates, 89 secured jobs during the 2024 placement drive. The average package was INR 25.53 LPA and the median package was INR 24.47 LPA for the same.The 2023-2025 batch witnessed a 100% placement record for the IIM Lucknow summer placements. The highest domestic stipend was INR 3.5 lakh per month and the average stipend was INR 1.31 lakh per month for the same. The top recruiting companies at IIM Lucknow summer placements 2023-2025 were Google, Accenture, and TCS.The highest domestic package for IIM Lucknow PGP and PGP ABM Placements 2024 observed an increase of 23% than the previous year.The average package for IIM Lucknow PGP SM Placement 2024 suffered a 34% decline as compared to last year.The median package for IIM Lucknow IPMX witnessed a decrease of almost 8% as compared to the last year.

IIM Lucknow Placement 2024: Highlights
IIM Lucknow’s 2024 placement season has been successful with a 100 % placement record for its students. Students of the PGP and ABM batches got 634 job offers while the number of students was 576, which shows the high demand for freshers from the institute. The maximum salary offers were higher by 23% this year touching INR 1.23 Crores CPA and the median salary package offered to the candidates was 30 LPA.
Among the recruiters who were present for the placement drive were more than 250 Indian and international organizations involved in the placement indicating prospects of international importance in IIM Lucknow’s talent. Companies top-of-the-list of recruiters included Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey and Company, Microsoft, Aditya Birla Group (ABG), Adani Group, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and Bain & Company. The major positions that were open to students were in Investment Research, Corporate, Wholesale, and Retail Banking, as well as Market Research, Trading & Operations. IIM Lucknow Average Package 2024
In the placements in 2024 at IIM Lucknow, the average salary offered for different programs represented the diverse and demanding industry expectations and the quality of students.
