The latest placement season for the PGP at IIM Lucknow’s Noida Campus has proven successful for the institute and is being looked at as a stable performance of placements. In 2024 the placement drive had about 29 recruiters that were engaged and offered jobs to all the 41 students in the batch. The highest package offered went up to an INR 45 LPA, which is quite impressive, while the average annual package was observed to be at 37 LPA, thus setting a new benchmark for the particular course. The average annual package has been observed to be INR 20 wherein there are many more of diverse placement offers available to the candidates. 14 LPA. Most of the students belonging to the cohort were male who was about 87% only 13% of the students were female. The students belong to disciplines like Electrical, Chemical, Metallurgical, Mechanical, Nuclear, Civil, and Computer Science & IT disciplines of Engineering. The number itself turned out to be an average of 4.1 years of work experience, the batch was enriched with pragmatic knowledge and professional experience of the industry which in all probability helped them secure remarkable placement in the companies. Top companies including McKinsey & Co., Accenture, Vedanta, Wipro, and Dalmia showed their interest in these talented students, which would endorse the quality of graduates passing out from IIM Lucknow’s Noida Campus.
