IILM Institute of Higher Education, Lodhi Road was established in 1993, under the aegis of the Ram Krishan & Sons Charitable Trust. With more than 28+ years of experience in training future entrepreneurs and managers, it has emerged as one of the distinguished Universities in the Delhi NCR area. The institute offers a wide range of diploma and postgraduate courses, especially in fields that are deemed vital in present-time employment including IT & Software, Business & Management Studies, and Data analytics. All programs are recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). A minimum of 25% seats for admissions in the University will be reserved for students of the State of Haryana, out of which 10% seats will be reserved for students belonging to Scheduled Castes of the State of Haryana, as per Section 35(3) of the Haryana Private University Act 2006.

- A placement brochure detailing the program structure and other program attributes, along with student profiles is shared with companies to help these prospective employers develop a proper understanding of the institute, it’s programs, and the students
- These organizations are subsequently contacted by the CRC(Career Resource Centre) to find out their campus recruitment plan for the year.
- Student Council of Placement (SCOP) also visits the company along with the team members of the Career Resource Centre (CRC) for the interaction.
- Alternatively, the company can send a notification, via e-mail.
- Pre-placement talks are organized at the Institute during which the companies make presentations about their operations, required skill set, and job profiles.
- We also contact Alumni who work in a company for the guidance to prepare students for the selection process.

Admissions at IILM Institute for Higher Institution
The IILM Lodhi Road has started Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) admissions for the batch of 2024-26, brilliant and bright students are invited to be the part of IILM. Since it offers necessary theoretical education along with practical skills, the vision of IILM is clearly to create future leaders to tackle global business. This full-time program is designed to cater to the evolving needs of the business world and offers six specializations:
- Finance
- Marketing
- Operations and Technology
- Human Resource Management
- Business Analytics
- General Management
Eligibility Criteria
To secure a seat in the first year of the two-year, full-time PGDM program at IILM Lodhi Road, candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized University in India or in a foreign university. The recognition should be from UGC or AIU to be accepted by the institutions of higher learning in India.
- Final-year Bachelor’s degree applicants are also eligible to apply but their admission will be a provisional admission which will be finally decided on their final mark sheets and degree certificates to verify eligibility.
- An aggregate of 50% marks is necessary for the student to gain admission into the programs.
- The applicants must appear for at least one Management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, ATMA, or NMAT by GMAC.
Application Procedure
Online Application:
- There is an online application form that the candidates can download and submit it from the IILM’s official website at www. iilm. edu/lodhiroad. In addition to the application, they are required to submit a non-refundable admission processing fee of INR 1100.
- The fee can be paid through a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer at the specific payment gateway included in the website.
Offline Application:
- Candidates can also use a printed application form that they will get on the official website and the form can also be obtained from the campus during the set interview session.
Admission Process
The admission process at IILM Institute for Higher Education is designed to thoroughly assess each applicant through a multi-faceted approach, structured into four key steps to ensure a comprehensive evaluation. Each step is carefully created to measure different aspects of the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and potential for success in the program.
Step 1: Application Submission
It must be noted that candidates have to download this form both online and offline and have to ensure that every section of the form required has been duly filled in.
Step 2: Document Submission
Applicants are required to submit self-attested photocopies of the following documents to support their application:
- Xth & XII th Class mark statements
- Photocopy of Graduation Mark Sheet, if the final Mark Sheet is not available then the latest Mark Sheet is compulsory.
- CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT/GMAT/NMAT Scorecard
- Passport-size photographs of size 4 X 3 CM.
- Identity Proof
- A Resume of the candidate (in the case that the candidate is a working professional)
Step 3: Assessment Rounds
This round is also a multi-step process where group, individual, and personal assessments are conducted to evaluate the candidate for the PGDM program. Candidates undergo Case Study Analysis or Simulation where they do tests on analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under business-like conditions. This is followed by a Personal Interview with a panel of IILM faculty members, who evaluate candidates based on several criteria:

- Leadership Qualities and Skills,
- Self- Awareness
- General Awareness
- Basic personality traits
Step 4: Release of The Final List
- Final Selection List: The last stage is to be shortlisted which depends on the performance in the entrance examination, academicians, and assessment modes. In this case, the list of selected candidates will be given on a date announced by the university only. Applicants who have been selected will be notified of the admission offer through e-mail.
- Confirmation of Admission: Candidates who are being selected are expected to accept the offer by paying the registration fee as charged within a given period. Any student who fails to produce his or her admission offer will be withdrawn.
