Admission to PGPM at IBS Bangalore
ICFAI Business School Bangalore Course offers Postgraduate Program in Management at the postgraduate level. The program is offered under one specialization i.e. Management.
- For admission to PGPM, the candidates must possess a valid score in IBSAT, an entrance examination conducted by IBS Group.
- It is necessary for students to have studied in English medium.
- Candidates who have not completed their graduation in English medium must submit a valid score of TOEFL/NELT/IELTS.
- Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in IBSAT are required to go through a micro presentations and personal interview rounds conducted by the school.
- Final shortlisting is done based on their academic performance, marks obtained by candidates in IBSAT, micro presentations, and personal interview round.

- Candidates seeking admission to PGPM must possess a bachelor’s degree in any field securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

IBS Bangalore: Admission Process.
Candidates can apply for IIBS Bangalore admissions by Courier/Post, directly in person, or apply online. Below are the steps to apply online for IIBS Bangalore admissions:
Step 1: Online Application
- Candidates need to fill in their personal information, give the payment particulars of the demand draft number, date and submit the form online.
- Candidates, then have to take a printout of their application form and fill in all the necessary details in ink.
Step 2: Printing Application.
- Paste your recent photograph and sign across the photograph.
Step 3: Payment and sending application form
- Now enclose the Demand Draft of INR 1050 in favour of International Institute of Business Studies payable at Bangalore and send it to National Head Office, Bangalore along with the application form.
- Send the enclosed application form with the demand draft by courier / registered post / speed post.
- The institute will send the prospectus by courier once they receive the DD. Cheques will not be accepted.
- The application form and prospectus will be only in the name of the candidate who to apply for admissions. It is non-transferable.
Selection Procedure of IBS Bangalore
The selection procedure of IBS Bangalore basically requires submission of marks obtained by candidates in IBSAT entrance examination conducted by IBS Group. The selection procedure is carried out in following four steps:

- They must enter personal and official details correctly as any incorrect detail may lead to cancelation of the candidature.
- They must submit the score obtained by candidates in IBSAT.
- They must process the payment of INR 1800 as application fee via any online payment mode such as Credit card, Debit card, or net banking.
- The offline application forms for admission to PGPM at IBS Bangalore can be obtained from IBS campus but the payment must be made online.

Eligibility
2 year Management Program (MBA/PGPM):
- Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks with medium of instruction as
English. - All applicants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or
10+2+4 basis). - Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to
submit the TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May 31, 2025. - Applicants in their final year bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply, provided
they complete their graduation requirements (including practical examinations / viva /
assignments) before May 31, 2025. The admission will remain provisional until they
produce marks sheets and degree certificates establishing their eligibility. The last date
for submission of proof of graduation is November 01, 2025. - Eligibility criteria checked from August 2025 onwards. Hence, the onus of ensuring that
they satisfy the eligibility criteria rests solely with the candidates.

- Online Application: Visit the application portal and complete the form.
- Personal and Contact Details: Enter your personal information and contact details.
- Confirmation: Submit your details to proceed to the payment page.
- Payment: Pay the application fee of Rs 1800.
- Receipt: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS on your
- provided email address and phone number.
- Brochure: Within one week of completing the complete application, the applicants will
- receive a hard copy of the IBSAT Brochure.
