Flame University has released its placement report for the current academic year on its official website. MBA students were offered the highest package of INR 25 LPA during the Flame University Placement 2024. The average package for the same program stood at INR 11 LPA. The highest and the average package of MBA (Communications Management) students were INR 10 LPA, and INR 8.98 LPA respectively. The Flame University Placement 2024 saw an almost 22% increase in the highest package of MBA as compared to 2023. Accordingly, the average MBA package increased by more than 20% in 2024. Recruiters came from a variety of industries, including human resources, banking, consulting, and retail operations. Talking about the top recruiters, companies like Adani Group, Vedanta, EY, Ken Research, and PwC visited the campus for Flame University Placement 2024.

The average package for these programs stands at INR 10 LPA and INR 8.98 LPA, respectively. Data show that the Flame University Average Package has increased over the past few years.
