The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Delhi at the University of Delhi has a history of improving placement statistics. In 2024, the average salary package offered to students was INR 34.1 LPA, with the highest package of INR 123 LPA. The highest package was delivered to students in the E-Commerce/IT/Operations domain. Consulting and strategy was the most popular recruiting domain, with 29% of offers accepted by students in that sector.
In 2024, 101 companies participated in the placement drive, offering 304 job opportunities in a variety of sectors, including:
Management, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Consulting, E-Commerce, and IT. FMS Delhi also offers internship opportunities, with companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Google, and Microsoft participating in selections during the first semester.
The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) has settled its summer placements for the 2023-25 batch. Giving the official details of FMS Delhi placements 2024, 289 students conventional a total of 304 stipend offers. Nine students opted for a placement holiday. Nearly 101 companies partaken in the FMS Delhi placements 2024.
The average stipend offered to the top 10 in each hundred FMS Delhi students was INR 4.22 lakh. In contrast, the top 25% and 50% of students received INR 4.03 lakh and INR 3.57 lakh, respectively. Compared to the previous year, the stipend accessible in each MBA during summer placements in 2024 saw an increase, with the median stipend being INR 3 lakh.

FMS Delhi Placements 2024 Report
FMS Delhi Placements showcases strong placement results between 2021-23 and 2020-22. The number of students increased slightly from 269 to 273, with about all participating in placements. The number of students placed rose from 257 to 269, besides the total number of offers grew from 262 to 283.
However, the highest package flowed from INR 58 LPA to INR 1.23 CPA, while the average package enhanced from INR 32.4 LPA to INR 34.1 LPA, and the median package amplified from INR 30 LPA to INR 31 LPA. The top recruiters for 2021-23 included major businesses like Accenture, Adani, and Amazon, compared to Axis Bank, Bain & Co., and Microsoft in the preceding cycle.
FMS Delhi Average Package: 2023
In 2023, FMS Delhi reported an increase in regular packages across various percentiles compared to the earlier year. The top 10% of students earned an impressive regular package of INR 68.16 LPA, up from INR 54.5 LPA in 2022.
The top 25% saw their average bundle rise to INR 51.67 LPA from INR 48.4 LPA, while the top 50% received INR 43.03 LPA, an increase from INR 40.78 LPA. For all students, the regular package improved to INR 46.1 LPA from INR 43.7 LPA, reflecting a positive trend in recompense levels across the board.

Marketing shadowed closely with 20% of the placements, highlighting its strong appeal. The BFSI segment secured 19% of the offers, while IT, analytics, and operations collectively represented 18%. Placement: FMS is considered as the Marketing Campus of India.
Our Summer internships are at par with the IIMs, and our students have a stellar track record of converting these internships into PPOs.
As for the Placements, FMS is in the Top 5 MBA institutes of India for a reason. To play in the Big Leagues, you have to be a Big League Player. FMS is no less as compared to any IIM, and we have a placement record to prove it.

Placement: Internships, Placements, Job opportunities at FMS is one of the finest in the nation. There are few firms which prefer to recruit only from FMS.

Placement: Placements and Alumni Network are the two top strengths of FMS. The college sees some of the best names in the industry for all streams like Marketing, Finance, Consulting etc. The salaries for most visiting companies are in the same bracket as IIM A/B/C. For a batch of around 220, generally 80+ companies visit the campus.
