Admission Procedure:

Concerned states of NE Region nominate the candidates based on their state level Joint Entrance/Common Entrance Examinations as per the seats allotted to each state. Seat allotted to ICAR are filled by All India Entrance Test conducted by ICAR.

Minimum Eligibility:

Applicants for admission to B.Tech.(Agril. Engg.) Degree Programme should be citizens of India and permanent residents of any of the six North Eastern States. They should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English having scored at least 50% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects for general category and 40% marks for SC/ST and other special categories including physically handicapped / in-service candidates. The candidates must have attained the age of 17 years on 31 st July of the admission year.
