Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute (CHRI) is a constituent college of Chettinad Academy of Research and Education, a deemed to be university, located at Kelambakkam, Chennai. Established in 2006, the medical college has been providing quality education and continues to be a preferred destination for aspiring students from all over the country. CHRI initially commenced with an approved intake capacity of 150 students which has been enhanced to 250 seats since 2019 onwards.
CHRI offers programs at all levels including 1 undergraduate (MBBS), 19 Postgraduate (MD/MS), 7 super speciality (DM/MCh) and 1 Post Graduate diploma course in clinical embryology.
