Centre for Management Development (CMD) was founded in the year 1983 in accordance with the goals of renowned industrialist and philanthropist Dr. K. N. Modi. He believed that good corporate citizenship goes well beyond becoming well-known figures in the field of endeavour.

• A candidate has to apply separately for admissions to CMD on the Application Form with this prospectus and send it to CMD, Modinagar along with duly attested copies of mark-sheet of graduation examination.
• Applicants are advised to carefully verify their own eligibility before applying for admission, as fees will not be refunded even if a candidate is found ineligible.

• You can log on, download the same and send along with a draft for Rs.1, 000/- in favour of "Centre for Management Development" payable at Modinagar.

Centre for Management Development (CMD) Placement

Institute has an active placement cell  made up of a group of motivated students. The placement cell organizes campus interviews for the convenience of both the visiting employers and the students and coordinates placement and summer training by liaising with corporate entities directly and through CMD Alumni.

Placement activities at the institute commence with publishing of placement brochure and dispatching the same to leading organizations. The institute welcomes all organizations to participate in its placement programme.

Institute has three dedicated placement weeks, during the third week of December, January and February to enable the organizations to have focused attention on students. With the cooperation of the institute's placement cell, businesses are welcome to arrange their recruitment activities during this period.

Alternate slots are made available to the firms as per mutual convenience if for any reason they are unable to plan their recruitment and selection activities within these placement weeks of the institute. Pre-placement conversations, written tests, group discussions, and interviews are just a few of the selection and recruitment activities that the placement cell will help businesses with as much as it can.
