This counseling procedure is conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) Board.

- Fill in the required details to register yourself.
- The account is activated after registration, signing in Submitting the other details, and saving the duly filled details.

- Enter the educational details and save.
- Process the payment of the application fee and submit it.

Best college in bihar with best faculties from all over india
Placement: Placement condition is not good in this college
Faculty: All faculties members are awesome in their teaching profession.. highly cooperative in nature
College: This is one of the best college in bihar with best faculties and well setup labs so that practical knowledge can also be obtained along with theory.

Placement: There were many companies who came for the placement but I decided not go for that.
Faculty: It was a government college so one can understand the level of knowledge which they have
College: It is been 4 years since i have completed my education from this college and BCE is one of the best technical education Institute established in the state and it is affiliated to Bhagalpur University and for taking admission in this College I have cleared BCECE Examination which happens every year and conducted by Bihar Government for college selection.
As far as the fee is concern it was a government college so naturally, fees was very low which was Approx Rs 30,000 PA
